Classes - Classes are offered in Yang Style Tai Chi. Qigong energy work is also built in to the sessions for health and relaxation.
​
Age and Ability - classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and everyone is encouraged to work within their own safety limits.
Health Concerns - Please discuss any health concerns with your doctor prior to enrolling.
​
Clothing - Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat footwear. It is recommended that a bottle of water is brought to each session.
​
Fees - Classes are usually organised into blocks. Payment can be made in blocks or a PAYG option is available in most classes. Payment is usually via BAC's - details are sent during enrolment.
​

Tai Chi & Emotionally Healthy schools
Classes are offered to teachers and pupils to improve physical and mental health. A package can be designed to suit specific needs but will include Qi Gong exercises for relaxation and Tai Chi to improve strength, focus and balance.
